SERT Question

I had the dealer install my SERT, V&H straight shot staggered, and a SE Air Cleaner, and they also tuned it on the Dyno. This usually only happens when the bike is cold, but around 38-40 MPH at 1/4 throttle the bike will choke (maybe miss is the correct term) just once or twice. This also sometimes happens in 1st or 2nd gear at low throttle, other than that it works great. My question is, is it worth it to take it back to the dealer and have them try again, or can I just plug my laptop into the race tuner and install the included software and adjust my map? If I can do that, given the symtoms can anybody tell me where a good starting point would be?

What year is your bike. Just wondering cause my 06 dyna with the 8 degree injectors did the same thing.

Oddly enough it is an '06...I have heard of the 8 degree injector issue. I didn't have (notice) this problem prior to having the exhaust mods done though.

Check and see what injectors you have, and if you have the 8s i would go to the dealer and have them install the 25s. It made a big difference on mine.
