Looks good. Any idea how this compares to an FLHR? Its like a mini bagger, curious from a handling perspective how it compares to a full blown touring bike.
The Dyna has a surprising amount more rider room than the touring line. I'm only 5'7" & was shocked at how noticeable the difference was. Passenger appointments & ride aren't as cush as a dresser, but that is (to me) offset by the increased leg & arm room & being able to stretch out & get comfortable. Don't forget to factor in that the Dyna weighs a couple hundred pounds less & is a pretty nimble chassis in its own right. Easily capable of being a one-up tourer if that's your thing & still comfortable enough to take the missus out for a 2 hour putt.
I was AMAZED how well the FLD I test rode handled. Nimble quick handling like
a regular Dyna or a Sportster, but every bit as comfortable as my Heritage.
Just the vibes @ 70-75 mph (5th or 6th gear)
I could not hang with that. I understand that problem can be corrected, but if you
rode that any distance, sh__ would be falling off (teeth fillings etc)
Love the looks!! Great bike , other than that!!
