Default Riser change '15 FXDL

Just purchased a set of 10" Pullback Destroyer risers from Boostedbrad...headlight visor is being removed also. Do I need to purchase a dofferent mount headlight bucket and additional hardware and bushings for the risers ? Also...10" from factory 6" will require new clutch / brake cables ? Any and all info from individuals who have actual experience with said changes and not speculation is greatly appreciated.

Yes you will need a new headlight bucket and mount. Drag has them relatively cheap. You should have plenty of wiring so shouldn't need to extend that. You may be able to mess with routing on the cables and make stock work, but I think you'll be pushing it. Probably need to get +4 cables. Brad makes some extremely nice stuff.

Thanks for the info. I purchased all new cables and headlight bucket / mount from Drag this morning... anyone have any input about bushing replacement being necessary or not?

If you're running the stock rubber bushings, should absolutely upgrade them with going to tall risers. Poly bushings at minimum, possibly even solid aluminum bushings.

You could reuse the old ones, but I would replace them. When I did mine, I went with Alloy Art Gooden Tite polys. Really happy with them.
