Depends -- are you talking Super Glide or something like it? Then yes. But the relocation kit they're talking about doesn't move them to the back of the bike, it moves them out an inch or two sideways so the signals are sticking out the side of the rear mount points. The hardest part of the job is threading the wires down the hollow bolt that the signalsmount to. Less than an hour for sure.
