I have a 95 dyna wide glide. I was riding it the other day and i noticed a sound change. Sounds like the exaust is leaking where the head pipe bolts to the engine. I figured it was a cracket pipe, nope even used a insent (for smoke) to see if there was a leak. It looks and sounds like the air is coming out. Right above the headpipe from under the push rod cap. Does anyone know what this could be? There is no oil leaking no loss of power

 

If you had oil coming out of there, a leaking exhaust would be your least problem.
If you can see the exhaust leaking then it probably is. Are the header flange bolts tight? You might just have a leaky seal, maybe it's time to replace both.
