For $40 you can get a cool face AND the instructions to take the speedo apart. Lights shouldn't be too difficult after that.

What's kinda cool is they will do a custom pic on the speedo and tach. I really like your avatar and have thought more than once how that would look on the setup. Yea baby!

She'd love that! NOT!By the way, HDDyna2006 is the one that bought and installed one of the faces. He may still have the instructions so you'd have them without buying the face plate.
I also have a 'not working' speedometer at home that I can take apart as practice without fear of breaking something good. When I get a chance to mess with it I'll post about it.

I just sent in some artwork to see if they can make me a custom face. If it works out, I will e-mail a copy of the instructions they provide. Ain't going happen too quick though.

wkdavistx, Thanks for the effort.Old used stock fuel gauge 1, Me 0. Did my own hack job on a stock fuel gauge and it won. At the very minimum I know what Not to do.
Heading in aanother drection, Have you seen WS6 FORMULA Mods? A member on here with a mean Green Machine. Tastefully done ! I don't often like to piggy back on anothers Ideas but ultimately all of our Rides are unique. I like what he has done with the football a/c , Did one myself the other evening. Sorry to Hijack the Thread dudes.
