vibration during deceleration has new rim and tire rim is trued changed exhaust gaskets and change oil also in primary, transmission never had any issue before that
How are the idle vibrations? Spoil your view thru the mirrors?
If I understand the physics correctly, the engine tilts back under Accel and forward under Decel. If that's correct, I'd strongly suspect the front engine mount/isolator. May need shimmed or replaced. Very common Dyna gremlin. The front mount takes a beating and some have been reported to last only a few years.
Welcome to the forum.
Maybe you can share some details of what you're riding like year, model, mileage, mods, recent service history, etc. And where the vibration is felt, if it's related to road speed or gear.

not to hijack the thread but Ive never heard of anyone adding shims on our bikes, Im curious what the purpose is if the mount lines up without one. Thank you
