I bought the heaviest gloves that Harley makes in extra large and then wear a poly liner that I got at a ski shop inside those. The trick is to extend your fingers straight out. When you wrap your hand around the grip the wind beats on the outside but when you extend your fingers, the air flows over them. It's not for everybody. It also helps to do some sort of excersize to get warmed up before you head out.

I ride all year unless its raining or there is Ice the coldest was 26 degrees at the first of this year. I have a freezer suit from my old job and wear thermals. I have thinsulated gloves and wear a wool pair inside them I also have a full face mask that I ware under my fullface helment. Still get cold but its not that bad. I only got cold when it was 26 that night and had to ride home the next morning it seemed the 19 miles I drive home took forever
