hi guys I’m not very familiar with electrical or lighting but I have a 07 dyna lowrider and want to switch all my lighting to led wondering if I need load resisters for it
I just did this on my 2010 FXDC, LED all around except the headlight. I went with all Custom Dynamics LED's, smart signal stabilizer and triple play. Note, the Triple Play is not compatible with the Amber/Red rear turn signals (I found this out after spending a half hour on the phone with Custom Dynamics yesterday). If you want to turn your rear signals into running/turn signals you will need to do some wiring and tap into the rear brake and running wore (it's easy).
Swapping out the brake light is plug and play, although mine ended up being defective and Custom Dynamics is sending a new one. I highly recommend watching some of the Custom Dynamics install videos. Here's one for the rear turns.
