been considering longer rides than I'm used to, so looking at a Memphis Shades Bat wing. Does anyone use one on there Super Glide or their Dyna. Looking for something that makes 70-80 mph run somewhat comfortable.

I have one on my 2010 FXD super glide. I put it on 3 years ago,and it only comes off to wash the bike. Won't ride with out it. But i'am 67 years old to. That may have something to do with it. Bat wing and floorboards make it a lot more fun to ride at any speed.

I have had one on a RK for years and it works great.
No matter what you use do not forget about the very high-pressure area under the fairing , where most turbulence comes from.
I found that footpegs mounted to the inside of the crash bars rather than outside works very well once the feet are moved to that position at highway speed.

please explain
Most of the "air " that annoys the rider is coming in under the fairing between it and the top of the crash bar area.
There are vendors that make all sorts of crap to help, but I have found the footpegs mounted
where I said to be the most helpful as your feet become the block and it is most comfortable.

I ran one for a couple of years but never did succeed in getting rid of the buffeting. Finally went back to quik disconnect Harley windshield and put fairing up on the shelf.
Very satisfied with the Memphis Shades Batwing on my Switchback. I added their diverters that attach to the bottom of the Batwing on each side and they made a noticeable difference. Windshield height is another important consideration.. After experimenting with different heights I prefer shorter height with a curved lip rather than taller. Biggest difference with the fairing is much less pressure on my chest. Used to have to hold on at speeds above 60... much more relaxed highway cruising now. Makes longer rides much more enjoyable, and comes off in seconds for local cruising, cleaning, maintenance, etc...
