Before I do something drastic and sell my street bob I’d like to discuss windshields and fairings
lately when I ride to work about 25 miles I feel like I Wish I had a fairing or or windshield . Part of me says u can’t make a dyna a touring bike so just buy a touring bike
is like to know if anyone has any success with fairings and how much it really helps
I love the Memphis shade stuff like the gauntlet and road warrior with a 13 windshield. I’ve consiidered a batwing but it might be over kill in the Looks dept
a windshield is my last option but I know this will not look great on my street bob. Maybe someone can convince me otherwise
CBC T-Sport repop fairing with 15" recurve windshield, pick your bags, you've got a solid mile killer. Trust me, these fairings are for more than just looks. Would rather not ride without one now. This picture was on the way home from Laughlin earlier this year.
Currently running a memphis shades gauntlet quarter fairing sometimes. I say sometimes because I still haven't really decided if I like it. It helps get some wind off your chest but I get a lot of head buffeting, think I may try the Laminar Lip add on for the fairing to help get that air up a little higher. Its a nice quality piece though.
If a windshield or fairing on a dyna looks OK to you, that's all that matters.
Where I live I see more with a windshield than without.
They go on and off in about 5 seconds.
That T-Sport fairing on DynaKid's low rider looks great. Going to have to check into those.
