2010 dyna wideglide

good morning my brother has the wideglide he says everytime he hit a bump the bike hits hard he thinks it is the front end .we did adjust the shocks in the back still the same the bike only has 7.000 miles on it any ideas thanks he thanks for your help

Check the front motor mount, as well as the exhaust system mounting points. It wouldn't hurt to inspect/replace the front fork fluid.
