high idle 2014 FXDF
Hi
I ride my bike almost every day to and from work. It has 21k miles on it and has for the most part been trouble free.
Rode it yesterday and other than riding longer than normal with the low fuel light on it ran perfectly normal
Started it this morning and noticed the idle was higher than normal but it was pretty cold out. Well by the time i got to work the idle was still pretty high (1900 or so) and if i sat at a light long enough it would creep back down to the 1000 mark.
Bike ran great otherwise, anything i should check? I verified there are no codes other than an "odometer learned up" code

i sometimes wonder if the FP3 flash doesnt just have to be reflashed once in a while. I got an FP3 flashed my bike with it about a year ago....mine did that the other day (idle went way up after starting it at a gas station, wouldnt come back down until i came to a complete stop). And mine has been idling really low sometimes when i start it. Im thinking of reflashing mine.

I read elsewhere to turn the ignition switch on, wait for the fuelpump to shut off, then turn it off and repaeat this cycle 5 times...
I dont know if that helped or not, but it was back to normal on my way home yesterday and to work today
