Well then let me ask you this question in any videos I always see changing one fork at a time why can't you do the two forks at a time instead of just one and then going to the other

Some people are more easily confused than others... (And some have a false, unwarranted sense of confidence.)

Probably because most of us have just 2 hands to work with. However, if you find a video of someone doing both at the same time please post it.

It's a tough crowd here... lol... I pulled both of mine at the same time. There really is no difference that I can think of.....unless you are one that confuses easily

that is what most do, but maybe something is lost in the translation, I will try and brake down what I do, usually I pull the wheel, fender etc, drop out both tubes, one at a time I pop the caps, let them both drain out, one leg at i time I do the fluid, remember about the tool and proper fluid level...then each one goes back together, then back on the bike...a little bit more to it but that’s the jist.

Break the caps loose while they are still clamped in the lower triple tree so you don't have to figure out how to hold them without damaging the surface. (Loosen the top clamps as they are squeezing the threads on the caps.)

I think the best reason for doing them one at a time is so you don't end up swapping parts from one side to the other. Probably doesn't really matter, but it's always good practice.
