Default Throttle body size recommendations for 124 motor

I have a 107 in my Dyna with head work, cams, high flow air filter, exhaust, lifters, pushrods, clutch and tune. I have the stock throttle body in this 107 build. I thought Id be happy but who is, especially when my other Harley SG is a 117 pushing out gobs of torque and hp which make the dyna seem slow. If I pulled the plug to buy a S&S 124 ( at cost through my brother and sell my 107 build). What size throttle body would be recommended? Ive read some guys say keep the stock size. Others said tthe 58mm that either S&S or others make. While a few other said the 66mm, although they were less that the 58mm crowd. The argument for the 50 and 58mm throttle body with a 124 motor was that air flow was stronger because of the smaller throttle body and didnt choke the motor. I would think the 58mm would be the middle ground and optimal. But id like to hear other opinions

At least a 58mm on a 124".. If it's the high comp engine with 640's I'd be tempted to run the 66mm throttle hog. It's a hot rod dyna, let it breath..

Rethink this statement.

I run a se58. No problems. Hpi makes some great stuff, and I have a friend using the 66 hog. So its your choice.
