I wouldnt. How much time and science goes into getting an oil right. Say an oil is 70% friction, 20% heat, and 10% other, add somthing else, wether good or not and you just screwed with the whole formulation,say 80% friction, 10% heat, 10% other. You may gain 1 thing but at the expence of another.With that in mind I love the synthetics

Oil Additives are for organic oil. I've even took the time years ago and called Lucas to ask them questions about their oil and oir products. I also have 2 diesel trucks.

Hey thanks for all the input guys, gives me somthing to think about. What I was trying to do on my next oil change was to quiet the valve train noise a bit and thought maybe someone would have an idea with an additive to the oil
