recently took a trip on the street bob and covered 9 states and several scenic rides.....my favorite was the cheroahala pkwy in tennessee it is near the tail of the dragon.... anyway the streetbob ran perfect and got great gas mileage...only thing that happened was hitting a pothole and rear fender bottomed out on tire and ripped turn signal wiring off....i have since relocated them.....and by the way the whole trip was a two up ride with my wife and still got 45-50 mpg.............ride safe

great ride, what number were your shocks set on when you bottomed out, I always stiffin mine up to 4 when I go 2 up with gear. My wife and I put 700 miles on in 3 days 2 weeks ago and we were load up. We leave tomorrow morning for a 2 day run hitting the Loess Hills in Iowa and slepping over in Sioux Falls, SD. riding up there on Friday before landing back home in Nebraska Friday night it looks like we will go about 600 miles in the next 2 days.
