Default Questions before some upgrades

I ordered some stuff to put on my 2017 Street Bob this coming week:

A Big Al's Cycles Dyna Saddle Bag Kit to replace some cheesy Viking saddlebags I have on my bike now.

A Dyna Licence Plate and Turn Signal Relocation Kit

A Vance & Hines FuelPak FP3 to tune the bike. It is a CA purchased 2017 Street Bob, so its 2yr warranty runs out in June so figure now is the time.

A Namz CAN-Bus Y Power Tap For Harley 2011-2019 to be able to run the FP3 along with my handlebar mounted cigarette lighter port.

My goal is to put an end to my stuff getting soaked when t rains, and the decel pop I've been getting since installing slip-ons to get some more sound.

Wanted to post about the above here to see if anyone's installed any of the stuff who might have some feedback...I know I can handle the FP3.

Thanks!
Don

Well the FP3 plugs in under that cover under the seat on the left side. I just plugged mine in, slid it in on top of everything and closed the cover over it so it stays under there. I haven’t messed with a license plate relocation kit but I have done a blinker relocation kit, not sure if it’s the same thing though. Mine was to install a quick-disconnect backrest for passenger so it was new hardware that brought the turn signals out further. It was nothing really but had to resplice wires

Fp3 will take away 90% of the decel pop. Make sure u run a few autotune sessions with it. Its snug, but itll fit into the battery box. It's a great plug and play gadget for stage 1 mods.

I personally like the power vision, super easy to use and you can read and clear codes with it as well. I have heard a few people have had issues with the fp3 but who knows for sure if it’s the unit or operator...

cant help with the rest

I run a Powervision on 1 bike and an FP3 on the other.

My advice would be if you plan on going beyond stage 1 in the future get a power vision.
