I personally seen one in this colours at the dealer in Ottawa ON, Canada. They had done up a wideglide, with fat boy 16 wheels front and back and drag bar handle bars...it looked so good I almost bought it....bought a Roadglide instead...

Actually, I think it's part of the Custom Paint Program they offered because besides the colors, it doesn't seem that is a Production Model Decal for those years.
Same as Numa above with his FXDL ... custom colors and tank decal
