Ignition Key will not turn
I just bought a 2006 Super Glide and have been riding it for about a week and really like it...now today the ignition key will not turn. I tried unsuccessfully for quite a while...I tried the other set of keys and still did not work. Anybody have any clues? Could the ignition be bad already?

IS YOUR FRONT FORKS ALL THE WAY TO THE LEFT AS FAR AS THEY WILL GO ?
I noticed on my 07 Bob that the key was turning gradually a little tougher each time about 2 weeks ago. Really had to jiggle the front forks a lot to get the key position out of lock, and even had difficulty just from off to on.
I sprayed just a scoche of wd-40 into the ign. lock assy, and have not not had a problem since - smooth as silk.
Hope it helps.

I had a similiar problem. My forks would not lock. The dealer tech. said that it was a corrision build up. He sprayed it with a lubricant and it has worked fine ever since. This was about a year ago. Hope this solves your problem.

My 07 Lowrider seems to be a little tricky at times. I may go with Tim's suggestion... I don't care much for what IMO is a goofy key. I do find if I do not use a smooth continous motion that seems to be when I get "stuck".
Good luck
