That's a CVO bike. Very nice. Not sure what kind of premium the CVO demands but a standard 02 DWG in good shape is probably around a $6k bike. A lot depends on the buyer's tastes and finances and such but I happen to really like that model so I'd probably be comfortable dropping $8k on it.
As far as I know it is missing some of the original parts. My intentions are to find a bike similar to this and punch out the cylinders to 98" along with head work and and a cam. Not sure if that is a CVO sin but that is my plan.
A friend of mine from the place I recently retired from sent me this, this morning its a low rider not a cvo but probably a nice bike the area code is 716 (western New York) just by coincidence and maybe a point of reference, not sure what the cvo would add if any but the wide glide of that era is a nice bike

Yeah, unless you can get all the original parts with it (return to stock form) then it really wouldn't matter much I think to punch the motor out...
That 2002 is a beauty. I bought this 2003 Wide Glide with 13,500 miles last summer for $5500, $6000 asking price. All maintenance records included. I had the original tins swapped out to those pictured

I'm not usually one to stand in the way of customizing unless the vehicle ia truly rare. Like, less-than-100-worldwide-rare.
That's a really sharp bike but it's not exactly museum material. Would seem a shame to repaint those tins but bumping it a few horses is just good practice.
