Mutineer,
Thanks for the help. Ordered a stock rear and a predator front.
Will keep you posted after installed.
Roger
happy to help!
My oem front mount was collapsed and it had made the bike pretty dangerous all round. Predator was the single best thing to clean up the mount and handling in one clean presentable package. You wont be disappointed.
What exactly are you looking for help with? I re-read the entire thread and you never mentioned a problem, only that you had 34,000 miles on the bike. (Nothing you can do will change that!)
No help with mount replacements. Did not work. Now to check swing are bushings.
Swing arm bushings fine. Predator material to dense. Makes vibrations at any speed . Plan to remove and place oem. Also change fork oil and check fall away.

Rogersachs,i have not fitted any aftermarket mounts to my FatBob,but I do intend to fit the Predator,i think it's fair to say in support of the Company who manufacture it(Vibra Technics),that have a long history of manufacturing anti vibration mounts for competition cars etc, they're not just a gang of muppets, who have bought a bit rubber from a hardware supplier & said this will be good for anti vibration, they really understand what they're doing.
I would really suggest there is a problem is elsewhere on your bike/frame,especially if the vibes increased after fitting the Predator,i'm not an expert, but I have in the past owned 2 Dynas that had vibration problems,my present FatBob is the smoothest I've had,but I still have to make sure i'm not lugging the engine,or the vibes are there.
If you want to rid yourself of the Predator,pm me & we'll see if we can agree a deal.
One thing everyone is forgetting is that you need to conduct the whole power train alignment procedure if you are changing your mount or mounts.
Its no dam good just to throw on a new mount (no matter which one) if you not going to align the power train.....it needs to be done or your wasting your time and money,
Personally the predator front mount and sputh or CCE rear with the power train zeroed out and your bike will be rock solid
