Yea that's it it would be nice if harley marked the jets they put in so I could go off of what was already in their and just work my way up.

I've got the stock #45 slow jet and #190 in the main on my 02 Dyna, no problems. Maybe if you turn in the mix screw till lightly seated then out 2 1/2 turns.

Did you check the seal from the carb to the manifold and did you remember to put on the intake backing plate gasket.

Take close up pictures of what you have now. I want to see the intake and carb please to further diagnose.

Yes but when u seat it isn't the bike suposed to stumble?
I just dropped mine from 190 and 50 to 190 45 gonna give that a try

I think you've got an intake link. Did you check the vacuum lines. I mean take the off and verify that they hold a vacuum when you suck one end with the other blocked with your finger. Did you put on a new seal ring at the carb/intake connection? Did you by chance take the top off the new carb?

What do your plugs tell you?
Wires/boots are good and clean contacts?

Plugs and wires are new plugs show rich symptoms. Witch is what I'm already trying to figure out with the mix screw doing nothing. Lol
