Default Help! MY plugs

Hi, everyone New Street bob owner
The rain let up and I had a chance to ride today,I'am still in the break-in period ,I put the frist 60 miles on the bike
The bob came from the dealer with the screaming eagle muffs already on (an 07 model ).
After reading so much info on the fourm, after riding today I decided to take a look at my plugs to see how lean she is running
THE TIPS ARE WHITE AS CHALK !!
As you can tell I'am a littleworried,I do not want to harm the motor, should the bike been remaped before it left the dealer with these pipes? Should I notify them asap and get it fixed?
From What I have read the plugs should not be white at the tips if so the engine is running to lean, which is harmfull.
What sould I do ?

You can thank the EPA for your bike runnin' lean and it would have been the same with the stock mufflers. Don't worry, it's OK the way it is but if you want it to run for optimum performance you'll need a high flow air cleaner and the dealer download for the ecm or an aftermarket module. Then your gona lose fuel milege. Your fine for now but read up on the subject to decide wether you want performance or economy.

youmay get a faulty reading of plugs with the O2 sensors. The true way would be to run it at normal RPM range down the road, hit the kill switch and then check them. That will give you a "run" reading. If you checked them after idling, that can be a different air fuel mixure, which all bikesthrough out the whole RPM range are usually lean (EPA). Bikes will have different air fuel mixtures throughout the RPM ranges, so I think the run reading will give you the most accurate, since thats where your usuially running the engine at. JMHO of course.

EDIT: mind you, let theheads coll abitbefore you take out the plugs on aluminum heads, or it could get ugly.

Ethenalmix in the new Fuels Makes it hard to read the plugs also......Not like the old days.of Sunoco 260 .. Throttle Chop as stated above is the best way to get a hint.

I will toss and turn tonight thinking about this, I feel alittle better that this is sort of a normal thing,I have read that the bike are set up to run lean,What conserns me is how lean is harmfull to the motor, how can you really tell. Is it wise to buy one of those fuel controllers like the V&H fuel pack where you can program ina little richer mix? I don't need any performace mods and I had no plans to do any mods,I wanted to keep it stock,It is perfect stock for me, I'am just concerned about the bike running to lean and hurting the engine down the road.
Thanks
