I know theres been alot of posts for the LED fuel guages, so heres another. I installed my fuel guage about a month ago, pretty simple, andeverything worked fine. Recently the guage will work sometimes and sometimes it won't. I checked all connections 2 or 3 times, everything is tight and correct. Has anybody else had this problem??

I just installed mine. Sure hope I do not begin to have the same problems. Have you looked for broken wires?

Yep, I even bought a new wiring harness and rewired it just to make sure. Its pissing me off.[:@]

thats why on electrical always pay the dealer if something happens they fix, some things are worth the few bucks

Could there be an intermittent ground connection problem? it sounds like it's not the harness due to replacement already. Use the megohm scale to any wires that need to be grounded. Make sure there is a zero ohms reading using the megohm scale of a multimeter. If you are showing any resistance then it is not properly making ground contact.
