Default Jack

Hi everyone bought a Dyna Wide Glide...first Harley in almost 40 years.....love the bike....but I’ve read on here that you need a special jack..
I have a Sears aluminum motorcycle jack that works great and is light enough for me to handle..
Can someone tell me why the Dyna can’t use a ordinary jack?
If I can’t use my jack, what the name of a jack I can use....
Just got the Wide Glide so haven’t had a chance to check out most.
Been riding rice burners for almost 40 years...didn’t realize how much I missed the Harley

The oil pan hangs slightly below the frame so the jack can damage it.

Search "modified sears jack"

You can modify your existing jack to work.

J&S Jacks makes a quality Jack that fits Dynas (and other Harleys). Pricey but high quality.
