Default LED Light Bar Wiring

I just got the MoonsMC LED light bar and trying to decide how wire it. I'd like to use this switch
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076GVZ56B/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?pd_rd_i=B076GXZDY5&th=1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076GVZ56B/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?pd_rd_i=B076GXZDY5&th=1
hidden in the dash and wondering if it's possible to tap into the accessory harness under the seat. HD offers this harness

that looks like it could be spliced to work. Any electrical guys have input with using that harness or other methods for this setup? Moons offers a prewired button/harness that connects directly to the battery but I'd rather tap into the accessory harness since it's fused and there is no possibility to leave the light on if the bike is off. I also want the light bar to be on an independent switch so don't want to tie it into the headlight like most other posts I've seen.
