When I bought my 05 WG someone had already had the “high output” air cleaner installed on the scoot. Problem being, it sticks out so far I have to angle to foot to get to my rear brake. I was looking at a couple different air cleaners like the Big Sucker or the Cobra Powerflo and a couple others. But I’m thinking it’s gonna be the same issue since it looks like it’s the mount to the carb that pushing it out so far. Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can get around this? The attached picture shows where my foot sits up against the air cleaner.

 

I use the Screamin Eagle Heavy Breather intake on my 16 DWG, the one that has the intake tube that curves out to the front of the bike, Provides excellent leg room,

It doesn't look like Harley sells that air cleaner for my year but Arlen Ness does. I will have to look into that one. Thank you.

I too was looking at the Big Sucker for my 05 Super Glide. Glad you posted a picture. May have to re-think my choice as well. Maybe go with the cone style.
