2015 FXBD... DTC 0180 Map sensor failed
‘15 FXDB, idles at 2500 rpm, poor fuel economy.
Replaced Map sensor, IAC. No vacuum leaks detected.
Throttle set screw properly adjusted. Code returns after being cleared, and condition remains the same. Anybody got a clue? I’m kinda stumped.

I'm stumped because there is no idle set screw, so I'm thinking that you adjusted the throttle plate stop. That could be the problem. It can throw off the whole map. I've adjusted mine but only when I was setting up my tuner through a laptop.

Unless his definition of set screw means something else? Like that black wheel thingy ( throttle lock) that is under the throttle control housing...

You’re correct, that’s what I intended to say. The condition came on suddenly, so I just confirmed it was set correctly. Checked voltage and continuity at both MAP and IAC wiring. Going to test TPS and IAT and then go from there.
