The Lowbrow Jason Jessee Waffle (and probably the other styles) are about 1.492"

Nice grippy rubber and super cheap ($20)...from a great company.

Would need a throttle tube, tho. Maybe the G2 1\4 turn tube. The reduced rotation may help with the pain. A palm/cruise rest may also be helpful as it could reduce the need to apply pressure with your thumb.

Yeah, I had that on my last bike. Still have the gizmo, but it doesn't fit these grips.

An adjustable brake lever would be helpful, too...

so i measured mine with caliper today, right around 1.35". Sounds like they would meet the OP's requirements. I really like mine.

I may just go with them. Smaller than the ones on the Freewheeler, but the same as the ones on the Triumph. Priced reasonably, too.

Anyone have a line on an adjustable brake lever?

You don't happen to have a measurement on them, do you? The big problem is most of the listings don't say, so it's sort of "lucky guess" territory.

Yes, they're one of the ones I've been looking at: small, medium and large!
