Found a 16 low rider s for cheeeeap but it needs a new frame and front end. I’ve been looking for frames all night but can’t seem to find one. Where can I find a frame either oem or aftermarket and still keep it legal

You can get a new one from H-D. Part # 47745-06B. Ronnie's lists it for $1815.99. You should be able to buy it from any H-D parts dealer, but prices will probably be a little different. You would need to cut the neck with the serial numbers on it and it will be sent back to H-D. The new one will have the same serial number on it. You will be required to show that you are the rightful owner, also.
