I don't know, but that's what I'm looking for.
Some would say that you could have found it using search, but I haven't seen anything obvious when I tried.
I like the chubby wild ones, but they are expensive. Some of these places have brands for less than 100, but that may be the 1".

You might try these guys:

They put together complete packages and do the work figuring cable lengths etc, you just tell them what you got now (bike, risers, bars, etc). Price seems fairly reasonable and you can get either 1" or 1-1/4" packages I believe.
