Default Flush Mount Gas Caps

I really like the blacked out look of the flush mount cap/gauge set up. Has anyone found an alternative to the $200 HD kit?

I just installed chrome with the new paint and love the look. I looked for a while and couldn’t find the set. Gave up dropped the money. There is a dealer in Salt Lake City that has them for about 30 off but shipping eats that.

Did you try to just Google "Harley flush gas cap"?

At least a dozen results between $20-$80. J&P seems to have quite a few. I didn't look for the matching blank/gauge (either should be available). I'd expect the gauge to be a fair bit more than the filler due to the electronics, but maybe not. It doesn't have the same level of mechanical complexity.

Yeah I’ve seen the individual gas caps all over the place but I’m looking for a matching set similar to the HD style.

Well, damn. That's an unfortunate wrinkle. Sorry.

Have you found one that has a matching flush mount gauge? I don’t want it to look pieced together, that’s what I’m getting at.

I was looking for a lower cost option before I got the harley ones but couldn't find ones that look right. The Harley ones are expensive but well worth it. One of my favorite upgrades and they look great.

Dont go cheap on this. There are multiple threads about issues with flush mount has caps. Just be aware it's not all rainbows and sunshine on this mod. Hope it works out, love the look.

I’ve got the chrome set, they look and work great. But get fine scratches from fingers and gloves. I installed a tank bib and changed them out for black from ebay. Total garbage one won’t pop up.
