Whats the difference in a Jr. and a Plus ?? They boast both as having the same technology but different sizes for hard to reach places ?? I use the Jr.Any ill effects vs the Plus ?? dazed and confused in Texas ...
Dang. I feel sorry for you folks who have to put your bikes up during the winter. I just rode mine to work today. Granted...it was a little nippy. Houston Tx
Take care
Hugh
How are you guys hooking up the charger to the bike without removing the seat?
I was doing some mods under the seat and found pigtail lead with an 7.5 amp inline fuse. I noticed these pigtails at the dealer, and was thinking of purchasing one when I found that one already existed on my bike. It was like, ah, like Christmas for 1/2 second.
I got my battery tender fromt he dealer for 35 bucks. The pig tail sticks out from the right side of your seat area. EASY to install, just need a 10mm wrench for the battery leads. I keep mine plugged in all of the time!

The main difference between them is the output. The JR puts out .75 amps and the plus puts out 1.25 amps. As a maintenance charger the JR is more than enough. Fast charging of any battery can damage the battery by warping the plates from overheating.
i agree battery tender is the way to go it seems like everybody sells them any more i got mine thru the dealer and it has work great i got the harness hook to the battery and i just plug it in .[sm=biker.gif]
