As per the (incorrect... oops!) title, will stock FXDX shocks fit on a '94 Lowrider without issues?
If so, is there an off the shelf spacer set (from HD or otherwise) that I'll need? All the hardware stores in my area are closed due to the current situation so getting the correct width spacers will be tricky.
Thanks

DX shocks are kinda unique on how they mount up, at least the hardware is. Theyre narrower and take special studs up top and nuts and bolts on bottom. I run em on my low rider and just went to the hardware store with some measurements and used a socket head bolt about 4 up top with some shaft collars as spacer material. Below I used grade 8 bolts and chrome acorns top and bottom. Ideally if you had DX shocks youd save trouble by getting the complete upper and lower hardware sets from the same model but good fing luck finding the collars up top.
Aside from the upper shock tower bolts being unique to the FXDX there will the issue of the jiffy stand allowing the bike to lean over too far. That can be mitigated a number of ways.
