front breake

have a ? got a rattling noise from front only does this when moving this its the pad holder on the left side

If you want a noise diagnosed over the internet you're gonna have to provide a lot more info. Year, model, any mods, especially front end, etc. Of course it happens when you're moving, but when does it happen- going over bumps, braking, at certain speeds, accelerating or decelerating?
It could be the caliper (guess that's what you mean by pad holder) but also anything from loose tank bolts or exhaust system to a bad motor mount or something in the front end.
