Most efficient way to upgrade low end power?

Years before the 110, I wanted more low end power from my FXDF. I’ve already had a couple of very quick HD’s, was looking for a less high strung motor that does what HD’s do best; torque. In my OPINION heads are wasted money if you’re almost always below 4000 rpm. The E-Z start cams are the only way to go; I’ve had bigger starters (wasted upsell) and broken ring gears from hot kickback. Never again. This is a dyno run, NOT an internet opinion (those are cheaper but not as reliable) Your results may vary
