If you go with Magnum cables you can get a longer hose than you need, then get a BYO (build you own) end to cut the hose to the desired length.
I have some but haven't used them yet. YouTube makes it look like a 5 minute modification
I used these Goodridge hoses from JP Cycles when I put dual-disk on my SB, the fittings make it simple and all you have to do is measure the lengths you need and what connectors and bam zip-zang you're in business!
I used the black parts but I imagine they have non-black if you want.
