my 06 dyna starting missing real bad and now its not firing on the back cylinder, i did a diagnostic on it and am getting 2 codes 151 and 263, both for the rear fuel injector being out of range and open. does anyone know the resistence i should have on that fuel injector? i should probably just bring it in but i dont feel like putting it in the truck.
Might be a bad wire. Several owners had the same problem and it was caused by no service loop in the wire to the injector. So when the engine is rocking in the rubber mounts it is pulling on the wire, the insulation on the wire stretches but the wire doesn't and breaks.

Thatâswhat happened to me.
Wire broke, dealer came and got the bike.
You might want to bring it in to get checked out.....My 06 would miss fire every time the OL would climb on the back. Started on a trip to the Smoky Mts. Brought it in to Smoky Mt. Harley Davidson in Marysville, and it took two service managers and 1 technician about 4 hours to find the problem. Rear injector wire was broken, but the insulation was fine! Technician said he last saw that problem develope on the 03 Dynas.
Kudos to Smoky Mt. HD for getting me back on the road and on my vacation. That is one first class dealership!
