first post here. So long story short, yesterday I went to turn my bike on, started for a second then lost ALL power. I imagine it’s a simple fuse blown so starting there.
I do have one big issues which seems silly; can’t take off the fuse panel for the life of me. I noticed that two of the screws keeping it in place are riveted which is confusing to me since it’s supposed to be removable in order to get to the fuses.

My 02 and 05 have the battery posts on the inside. the way was designed. As far as the plate, are the four threaded posts holding it on by pressure against the threads. You didn't happen to hit the run/stop swoitch by accident did you?

nah didn’t do that. It was weird, started up for like half a second then shut off completely.
