Default License plate relocation

Ordered some bags for my Wide Glide and need to move the side mounted license plate. The turn signals can stay as is so this is just for the plate. Can't decide if below the fender or on top would look better. Here are what I'm looking at.

Anybody have pics of either of these mounts or pros/cons of either mount?

The first link is for the full fender, just to change the angle of the plate, but not actually relocating it. The 2nd link would fit your current fender, I think, and would put the license plate just under the fender. Another alternative would be one that mounts to the rear axle, but that might hit against the bags on a really hard bump/pothole. I think that 2nd link would be best, and look better, too.

Thanks for the input. I'm kind of leaning that way myself.

Might wanna check with your State DMV to see if the license plate needs to be illuminated at night.

I'm pretty sure every state has that law on the books.
