I recently traded the elephant on a Super Glide and both of my passengers are missing the grab bars that I had mounted on the FLHTK. It doesn't appear that there is an under-seat mounted option from HD or anything similar in the aftermarket. Just checking to see if anyone else here has found a solution.
97018-08 is the part number, but they are disco. Youll have to call a dealer and have them do a dealer search for you to see if anyone in the country has a set in old stock. They might be willing to do a dealer transfer for you and get them from the other dealer.
Sometime you do get lucky, I was looking for a kit that HD quit making in 03 to put a 1-1/8 belt and pulley on a 99 dyna. Found 3 dealers in the country with them left and snagged one up.

The part number was most helpful, thanks. Dealer network part search turned up a dead end in Mechanicsburg, PA, so I'll keep searching. Toe Cutter's suggestion may end up being the way to go...these things seem to be like hen's teeth.
I guess their inventory is "off". They showed Stock last night/this morning.
I checked for you in this thread HERE and they showed inventory, but other dealers show having it. Have monkeyboy give you more options
Massive thanks for the legwork. I gave them a buzz earlier and the parts guy confirmed that he had it on the screen...but when he went to locate it, he said it wasn't there. I may have a line on one...waiting for confirmation.
I have to say, I haven't been here but for a few days and already impressed with the 'above and beyond' around here. Many thanks.
