SERT woes

SERT woes
Was attemting to load my SERT, going step by step, got it to read my ECM and record my VIN and all, Clicked on Program ECM, made it to 20% when a flag popped up saying ECM access denied, quiting!.
Ignition key was on, kill switch set to run.
Any ideas?

Some folks had indiciated possible low power. i.e. make sure you plug in the charger if using a laptop. Other than that, make sure all connections are tight. I usually hit the "get vin" thing a few times - making sure reads good every time, then I hit the program ECM buttom. Hold breath during dowmload and pray. Good luck.
