I've never seen a K&N filter that you did not oil. Looks like they make that one especially for Harley.
They did from what they told me. Mine looked just like it and had the Harley logo. Was original OEM Screaming Eagle. They replaced mine under warranty with openings in it with a K&N product.
That is a harley filter it takes NO OIL , the k&n aftermarket takes oil , for me the price of a k&n is not worth it . I do not live or ride on dirt roads .

You are mostly right. It's a SE Harley filter. Subcontracted to K&N. I believe it's oil wetted but not 100% sure on that. The dry ones I have see say it on them. You do not want to run an oil wetted one dry. It would be almost like running no filter.
