Default Need help

I’m new to wrenching on 2 wheeled vehicles. I’m in the process of removing my mini apes and replacing with west coast t-bars. My big question is for I need to torque th bolts to certain in/ft ponds or just tighten them good. I also have a t-sport fairing going on as well. Thanks in advance for any help for the Barney I am.

IMHO Everything you loosen should be torqued to specific values, and Blue Loctite
I don’t have my Dyna service manual anymore. Hopefully someone will chime in with those values
but if you are going to wrenching yourself, splurge and buy the manual rather than asking what they should be

Most will tell you every bold on your bike needs to be torqued me I'm old school I only torque engines and wheels. So for handle bars blue Loctite tighten it down evenly on each bolt then go-around it and stung it tight. Back in the 60's learning how to wench at a school as hop teacher always said when tighten things down "Don't get strong in the back and week in the mind"
