not sure who you are asking that last question to.
Hmmn guess the 06 comes with internal wiring already, so your pretty much stock height, but with fatter bars.
its a little taller than stock, but much wider stance. Also, with the trees I put on, they added some height to the bars as well.
Yep, '05 was the last year for external wire on the WG's. I like the thicker and wider changes even though I didn't go very tall.
Handle bar height, all depends on shock length, and seat height. With progressive 11" shocks and corbin Hollywood Solo, 12.5's were perfict, with the mustang seat 14" would have been better.. With the mustang seat and stock shocks 16 would have been good...
I'm 5' 9" and I went with 13" x 1" Paughco's; like EVO80, I'm a little partial to thinner bars on a Dyna. My bars are pushed up, perpendicular to the road... and without slouching, gripping the bars puts my fists level with my shoulders. I like the way it looks, I'm still comfortable on long rides and... I can pass state inspection without any grief by simply sitting up.
Does the 1 1/4 wild one apes fit in the same stockhandlebar clamp and can you use the same grips.... It's hard to tell from the pictures if they do narrow down in those areas.... I'm changing to a wide glide front end next week and thinking I might need something fatter for the bars.... Thanks........

Yes, the bars step down at the clamp and where the hand controls attach to the bars... so no new hardware/controls/etc is requried (unlike the HD fatter bars)
edit: I should mention that some bikes have a four piece bar clamp - a top and bottom for each side. Others, like the Wide Glide have a three piece - two risers and a single top piece for the clamp.
Wild1 is very specific that you must use a single piece clamp for the top... so, in some cases a little new hardware is required.
I don't have a WG, but, here I am on my Bob with 12.5 Chubbies. I'm 5'10.
Whiff
Looks good dude, I had a street bob myself last year for a while. Nice bike, good ride. Bars look kick *** too. See you got forward controls on it. Lost the front fender Huh !
