Crow - only done approx 15 miles on the new bores/cams but the motor's certainly more eager, a few more vibes too but nothing that won't smooth out with mileage. Bike's just gone through 2000 miles.
The pipe's LOUD - but barks really well. One of the mechs at my dealer rode it up the road so I stood and listened. It was simply awesome to hear it from a (short) distance. Sounds totally fabulous, something like a large piston-engined aircraft.
since i had the air sensor go out and light up the "idiot light" bike has been running roungher. alot more "buzz" in footpegs at 3k rpm whereas before was smooth as butter..kind of a bummer. dealer says its all good.....
mine has always had a vibe at around3000 rpms but I've heard all tc's have this
gromit : once it breaks in be careful when you go out to carve some curvy roads it'll accelerate quicker than you are used to , leave yourself plenty of braking room until you get used to the extra power looks nice
