Anyone have any issues with these guys? Imzz Elite. Or does anyone have any idea on how to contact them? I’ve been emailing and calling… no response. Bought and paid for fender almost 4 months ago…with pretty much no response. I really thought that going with a American made, supporting smaller businesses, approach was the right thing to do for multiple reasons. I get more support from knock off China sellers. If anyone has an idea on how I can reach these guys, please let me know.

Invade their dm on instagram or just rage on the comments on the first picture. I dont see why not if you been waiting that long.

Yea, super frustrating. Paid over 700$, and now they won’t even respond to emails. Phone calls are worthless. I’ve told them via email… just give my money back, still nothing. Going to have to start attacking social media posts.

I bought a V-bar and kickstand extension from them last year. Did take a few pissed off emails before they responded to inquiry regarding status of my order. Finally recieved the goods a few weeks later....

I won't buy from them anymore, I've always gotten my parts eventually but it's always been a hassle to get a response. They let you order something with an expected ship time and then wait until you contact them to find out what's up to tell you it's back ordered.

It's strange but they used to be great! And now I am having the same issue. Didn't Imzz die like last summer? Seems like things have changed since then.

I just replied to their last IG and got an email about 3 minutes later with an update and shipping times.

For the record, Jim (the founder/owner) did die in June of '21

How did you pay that $700, check, money order or credit card? If it was a credit card, you have recourse.

The owner passed away from cancer within the last 6 months and my understanding is his lady and kids took over the operation.
