Default Need recommendation for my fxdb

I own a 2009 fxdb. Currently use 21’ front and 18’ rear wheels. I want to swap the front to 19’ wheels. Is it good or I just go for the oem 19 and 16 wheels? Or any recommendation for dyna wheels combination size? My dyna has clubstyle looks btw. I try to have the best combination for my dyna to improve its handling. Now it is okay, but I know that 21’ whells in the front its to big and heavy. Thanks before brothers. Waiting for your answers. Cheers

18" rear, 19" front is usually a good combo for a old style roadbike like a Dyna especially considering the rake, offset and trail of your bike.

There is also a good practice not to differ a lot when it comes to tire width.

180 rear and 90 front might look cool but could hamper the road holding in curves.
Worth consider if You're one of them riders that ride fast and likes to lean over in the curves.

Other riders oppinion will vary from their experience.

Thanks man. Right now my front is 120 and rear is 160. My plan is still go with 120 front but 19’ whells. How do you think?

Specification 2009 FXDB:
Rake (fork angle) 29.0°
Trail 119 mm (4.7 inches)
Front tire 100/90-19
Rear tire 160/70-17

Changing from 21" to 19" front rim on your bike will actually make your bike road handling even better. Your bike was designed for a 19" front wheel.

Stepping up from OEM size 100/90 to 120/70 will not be a problem as long as the wider tire will fit on the rim, between the forklegs, brakes and the front mudguard.
