Default Road Glide Front End

Good day

I need assistance, I had an accident with my Road Glide a while back and need to rebuild the front. I live in South Africa and finding Road Glide complete front ends is easier then finding a chicken that can fly and has teeth.

So my question is this can the front end of either a Street Glide fit a Road Glide, basically are they the same front ends? Can anyone shed some light on this for me please.

as far as I know the frames are the same...so at some point parts are interchangeable...I don't know how far back you would have to go or if certain connection points are welded. You can hopefully get better informed answers soon! Also, are there dealers around where you can look closer at each model and see for yourself?. Also find exploded parts views...

Thank you answering, I have asked the dealers in my area this very question and they all look at me as if i have asked them some amazing scientific question.
I will check the exploded parts views as well. Thank you again

I believe they are the same within a given year range. ie: 2014-2022 touring tubes are 49 mm. The 1984-2013 and back were 41 mm. Checking part numbers should confirm that they fit multiple models.

You could look at the HD service portal to get the OEM part numbers for tubes and legs for the different models. Then check aftermarket parts for fitment as well.
